2011 - Moved to GM Uzbekiston AJ (now Uzavtomotors AJ) to the position of process engineer.
2017 - Transferred to the quality department at Uzavtomotors and worked as a sector manager before leaving for South Korea for training.
2020 - After completing his studies in South Korea, he returned to Uzbekistan and joined Uzautocomponents as the head of the localization department.
2022-2023 - Worked at Uzautomotors as head of the quality assurance department.
Since 2023 - Currently holds the position of Director in the "Oltin Mato Group" since June 2023.
